FAQs

Good questions.

How much space do we need?

SIMSIM is a compact format planned around the room you have. Exact requirements depend on the footprint, power and access at your site, and we review them with you.

Who stocks and maintains the market?

SIMSIM proposes to manage assortment, replenishment and routine operations under the agreed partnership arrangement.

Do we need staff to run it?

It is designed as self-service, so no dedicated cashier. Access arrangements and any site-specific requirements are agreed before launch.

What does it cost to host?

The commercial model is discussed once we understand your site and expected usage. We don't quote prices before a site assessment.

Will it work in our building?

Share your site type, city and an estimate of daily users through the partner form, and we'll assess the fit together.
